| I am always searching for new ways to develop my ideas. My paintings begin with my own personal search for meaning and have since come to bridge into something more transpersonal. Once a painting is started, I let the process take over and trust what the non-verbal part of me is saying. The paintings are done in layers, over and over, changing lines, colors, depth, and composition. While working, I try to have logic and reason absent. I accept chaos as an undeniable and temporary stage. This allows me to maintain an open dialogue with my work. |
